Services
What Lisa Ivler Events offers.
- Full-service planning (the lead service): venue first, then entertainment and photography, then videography, hotel room block, design and decor. A roadmap with milestones at 12, 9, 6 and 3 months out, the final month and event week.
- Month-of coordination: starts six weeks before the event. Lisa writes the timeline, produces a floor plan if none exists, a ceremony diagram and a gratuity guide, collects vendor insurance certificates, coordinates final meetings and runs the rehearsal.
- Creative direction: Lisa leads the overall visual direction (room, decor, lounges, photo booth and backdrop, signage, rentals, linens, color palette) and coordinates the florist or designer. She is not the florist. For mitzvahs she is especially hands-on; the graphic designer owns the theme phrase and logo.
- Event types: weddings; bar and bat mitzvahs; social events (milestone birthdays, Sweet 16s, retirement celebrations, anniversaries); corporate and nonprofit events (galas, fundraisers, openings, company celebrations); destination weddings by inquiry.
- Not offered: day-of coordination as a service, hourly billing and partial planning as a standard package. No public pricing: every proposal is written for the event.
