What we collect

When you send an inquiry. The Inquire form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, the type of event, preferred dates, venue or city, approximate guest count, how you heard about us and a message. We use this only to reply to you and to plan your event if you work with us.

When you browse. Like most websites, the site's hosting service records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Any analytics used on the live site will be described here before launch.

How your inquiry is handled

Your inquiry is sent to Lisa Ivler Events by email through a delivery service that acts on our behalf. You receive one automatic email confirming that we received it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run this website and our email, who may use it only to provide those services. If you book with us, we may share relevant details with venues and vendors working on your event, with your knowledge.

Scheduling

After you send an inquiry, the thank-you page links to our Calendly page for booking a call. Calendly is a separate service with its own privacy policy; information you enter there is handled by Calendly.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for our business records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email info@LisaIvlerEvents.com. If the live site uses cookies for analytics, you can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site works without them.

Children

This website is for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
