Full-service planning

In this order, for a reason.

Lisa's lead service. She is personally available to you throughout, so you talk to Lisa, not to a coordinator you have never met.

  1. 1The venueEverything else follows the room and the date. Lisa has worked in ballrooms, estates, glass-roofed atriums and converted barns, and she knows how each one flows.
  2. 2Entertainment and photographyThe two vendors who shape how the day feels and how it is remembered. Lisa recommends people she has worked with, unless another vendor has a very strong reputation.
  3. 3The second waveVideography, a hotel room block if you need one, and design and decor with your florist or designer.
  4. 4The roadmapMilestones at twelve, nine, six and three months out, the final month and event week. Each one is a meeting with Lisa.
  5. 5The dayAssistants to match the guest count and the wedding party, with Lisa as the lead. She quietly verifies that everything is progressing as planned and checks the reception room herself.

Creative direction

Not the florist. The eye.

Lisa gives your wedding its creative direction and coordinates the people who build it. She starts with your Pinterest board, walks the venue with you and holds a working session with your florist or designer. From there she leads the overall look: the room, the lounges, the linens, the signage, the rentals and the color palette.

Decisions are client-led but curated. You will never be handed a theme. You will be shown fewer, better choices, each one already checked against the room, the budget and the timeline.

Month-of coordination

When the plan is yours and the last six weeks are hers.

For couples who have done the planning and want the finish handled properly. Month-of coordination starts six weeks before the wedding. Lisa builds the timeline herself rather than taking over someone else's, because the timeline is where a wedding is won or lost.

She draws a floor plan if the venue has none, prepares the ceremony diagram and a gratuity guide, collects insurance certificates from every vendor, coordinates the final meetings and runs the rehearsal.

During the planning we encountered several challenges, but Lisa handled everything with grace and professionalism. It was because of Lisa and her team that I was able to enjoy my daughter’s wedding and not worry that everything would be taken care of.

Questions couples ask

Will we work with Lisa herself?

Yes. Lisa is personally available to you throughout the process, from the first call to the last dance. On the wedding day she adds assistants according to the guest count and how much is happening at once, and she remains the lead.

Do you offer coordination for just the wedding day?

Lisa offers month-of coordination, which starts six weeks before the wedding. In her experience a single day is not enough time to take responsibility for someone's wedding properly.

How does pricing work?

Every proposal is written for the wedding. After an initial consultation, Lisa sends a proposal that sets out the services and planning support she recommends.

How do we get started?

Send an inquiry with your date, your venue or city and a guest count. Lisa replies within one business day. The next step is an initial consultation by phone about your vision and your budget. It is a conversation, not a qualification form.
