Mitzvahs in New York
Mitzvahs in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Westchester.
Lisa has planned bar and bat mitzvahs in Times Square, Chelsea, Lower Manhattan, Williamsburg and White Plains. She leads the creative direction for the whole room and keeps the service and the party connected.

Times Square
A ballroom with a balcony, and a dance floor the kids own.
The Edison Ballroom gives a mitzvah two levels: the adults can watch from above while the teens have the floor. Lisa has planned several celebrations there, from a black and white floor with a single red heart under a ceiling of balloons to a patterned floor with the guest of honor's name on the screen.
Manhattan venues work differently from suburban ones: tighter load-in windows, house vendors to coordinate with and guests arriving by car service and subway in the same ten minutes. Lisa plans for all of it.

Chelsea and Brooklyn
Rooms that can become anything.
Lavan in Chelsea is a white box with a skyline mural that takes light beautifully: Lisa has turned it lavender and pink, filled it with hanging crystal strands and lit it with neon for a Hollywood-themed night. The Moxy Williamsburg gave a bar mitzvah a floor that read "Straight Outta Brooklyn" under blue light. Carroll Hall in Brooklyn is another room she has worked.
These are blank canvases, which is exactly where creative direction matters most.

Lower Manhattan and Westchester
Blue roses at the Conrad. White orchids at The Opus.
